Seeking recommendations for .NET architecture and TDD courses on the West Coast

Hey everyone! I’m on the hunt for some quality .NET training courses. Specifically, I’m interested in learning more about Test Driven Development (TDD) and software architecture. Does anyone know of any good programs or workshops on the West Coast that cover these topics?

I’ve been trying to improve my skills in these areas, but I’m finding it hard to get hands-on experience. A structured course would be really helpful. I’m open to both in-person and online options, as long as they’re tailored for the West Coast time zone.

If you’ve attended any great courses or know of any reputable training companies in this space, I’d love to hear about your experiences. Any tips or recommendations would be super appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help, folks. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!

Hey there, fellow coder! I’ve been in your shoes, searching for that perfect .NET course. Have you considered looking into some of the tech meetups or user groups in your area? They often host workshops or know of local training opportunities that might fly under the radar.

I’m curious, what’s driving your interest in TDD and architecture specifically? Are you working on a particular project that’s pushing you in this direction? It’d be cool to hear more about your goals!

Oh, and don’t forget to check out some of the online platforms like Pluralsight or Udemy. They have some killer .NET courses that you can take at your own pace. Just make sure to read the reviews and maybe even reach out to the instructors to see if they can accommodate your time zone.

Have you thought about joining any open source projects? It could be a great way to get hands-on experience with TDD and architecture in a real-world setting. Plus, you might connect with some awesome mentors along the way.

Keep us posted on what you find! I’m always on the lookout for good learning resources too. Good luck on your .NET journey! :rocket:

I’ve had great success with CodeCrafters Academy’s .NET Architecture and TDD Intensive. They offer both in-person workshops in Seattle and San Francisco, as well as online courses tailored for West Coast schedules. Their curriculum is top-notch, focusing on practical, hands-on exercises that really cement the concepts.

What sets them apart is their emphasis on real-world scenarios. You’ll work on projects that mimic actual business requirements, which I found incredibly valuable. The instructors are experienced professionals who provide excellent feedback and are always available for questions.

The course isn’t cheap, but in my opinion, it’s worth every penny. I saw a significant improvement in my coding practices and architectural decision-making after completing their program. If you’re serious about leveling up your .NET and TDD skills, I’d highly recommend checking them out.
