you should check Moodle. It’s open-source and fully compatible with mobile deivces. The community is really active and there are tons of plugins to try. Might be what you need.
Have u thot about Open edX? it’s not only open-source but also has solid mobile support. lots of universities use it, so u kno it’s reliable. maybe worth a look.
