Hey everyone,
I’m at my wit’s end with the CFA Institute’s iPhone app. It’s been a real pain lately. The thing crawls like a snail and keeps glitching out on me. I can’t even use it properly to check my study stuff or exam info.
Anyone else having the same problem? I mean, we’re all trying to prep for these tough exams, and this app drama isn’t helping at all.
I’ve tried reaching out to them, but no luck so far. Maybe if we all speak up, they’ll finally fix it? We need this app to work right, you know?
What do you guys think? Any tips on getting their attention or workarounds you’ve found? I’m all ears!
I’ve been experiencing similar issues with the CFA Institute app, and it’s definitely frustrating. The app’s performance has been subpar, especially when accessing study materials and practice questions.
One workaround I’ve found somewhat helpful is using the mobile web version instead of the app. It’s not ideal, but it tends to be more stable and responsive. Additionally, I’ve started downloading key materials when I have a stable connection, so I can access them offline later.
Regarding getting the Institute’s attention, consider leaving a detailed review on the app store. Many organizations prioritize addressing issues highlighted in public reviews. You could also try reaching out to them on LinkedIn, where they seem more responsive.
It’s crucial that they address these issues promptly, given the importance of the app for our exam preparation. Hopefully, with enough feedback, they’ll prioritize fixing these problems.
ugh, same here! the app’s a total nightmare. i’ve tried everything - clearing cache, reinstalling, even prayin to the tech gods lol. nothin works. maybe we should flood their social media? #CFAAppFail or somethin. its ridiculous we’re payin so much for this mess. anyone know if theres a good alternative app we can use instead?
Oh man, I feel your pain!
The CFA app has been driving me crazy too. It’s like they forgot we’re all juggling work, study, and life while prepping for these exams.
Have you tried clearing the cache or reinstalling? Sometimes that helps, but it’s just a band-aid solution. I wonder if they’re aware of how widespread this issue is?
Maybe we could start a hashtag on Twitter or LinkedIn to get their attention? Something like #FixCFAApp? It might catch on if enough of us are frustrated.
What part of the app gives you the most trouble? For me, it’s the practice questions - they take forever to load. How about you?
Anyone else have ideas on how we can light a fire under the CFA Institute to get this sorted? We’re paying good money for this certification, after all!
