I’m eager to know: what has been the toughest aspect of your work that you wish you’d been warned about earlier? For example, some mention the struggle of tracking down Subject Matter Experts, while others talk about juggling several projects that are at different stages simultaneously. Although experience is the best teacher, I would appreciate hearing about the obstacles you have encountered in your journey.

i find it tough managing shifting project needs and unreliable subject experts. its a real hassle when scope and details change outta nowhere, constantly messing with my planning and making deadlines a moving target.
